Returns- Dante Disposables must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s) that you wish to return an item(s) - Returns must be authorized by Customer Service and a “RA” Return Authorization number provided. The RA# should be placed on the outside of the box for faster processing of a refund. Returns cannot be accepted on any opened items.

Returns on items must be received back to us no later than 7 business days from date of authorization from Customer Service otherwise a 50% restocking fee may be applied. Postage on the original shipment will be charged and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Dante Disposables does not refund postage once an item has shipped.

We do not ship to any PO box. If you ship to an apartment location, we do not take responsibility for theft/loss of the order, you must be home to sign and/or receive the package. If a shipment is returned due to wrong address, PO box, and/or nobody is at home to sign for the package and/or other address/signature related issues, client will pay for the shipping fees.
